Landscaping scope is attached. Landscape design and plans shall be prepared by <br /> Massie Massie Associates (MMA). <br /> 11. Electrical and lighting scope is attached. Lighting design and plans shall be <br /> prepared by Architectural Expressions, LLP (AEX). AEX shall design the <br /> lighting to meet or exceed existing lighting levels or as approved by the City. <br /> 12. Plan packaging. Chastain shall assemble PDF plans including plan sheets and <br /> specifications prepared by MMA and AEX. This package will be submitted to <br /> Decatur Blueprint for printing and distribution. Printing costs are not included int <br /> his scope of work. <br /> a. All Plan sheets will be submitted to Chastain in PDF format only. <br /> b. All work will be prepared based on IDOT unit price pay items for <br /> construction. <br /> c. Referenced specifications shall include the IDOT Standard Specifications <br /> for Road and Bridge Construction, Standard Specifications for Water and <br /> Sewer Main Construction in Illinois,Illinois Plumbing Code and other <br /> codes as necessary to complete the work. <br /> d.
