AMENDMENT TO INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> The City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation, and the Decatur Park <br /> District, a unit of local government, agree to amend, in accordance with SECTION 10, <br /> paragraph A,their Intergovernmental Agreement dated June 22, 2011, so that SECTION <br /> 2: FINANCING, of the said Intergovernmental Agreement will read as follows: <br /> A. The City and Park agree that they will work cooperatively in exploring, <br /> investigating and obtaining funds from State and Federal grants,philanthropic sources, <br /> public and private partnerships, and project revenue generation. <br /> B. Excluding capital projects, all project revenue generated, including, but <br /> not limited to, concession income, food and beverage taxes, sales taxes and all other <br /> taxes, all fees, including permit and license fees, will be deposited into a fund designated <br /> for Project Revenue. <br /> C. The parties agree that they will invest monies for financing the Decatur <br /> Lakefront Development as specifically set forth in separate and supplemental agreements <br /> providing for specific projects. <br /> D.
