COUNCIL MEMORANDUM <br /> #2012-04 <br /> February 29, 2012 <br /> TO: The Honorable Mayor and City Council Members <br /> FROM: Ryan P. McCrady, City Manager <br /> RE: Intergovernmental Agreement Amendment <br /> The City Council is asked to approve the attached Resolution amending an <br /> Intergovernmental Agreement with the Decatur Park District. City staff and representatives of <br /> the Decatur Park District have met and discussed recommended changes to the initial agreement <br /> approved last June. As outlined in the amendment, a Project Revenue Fund will be designated <br /> for the various monies, taxes, grants, etc. related to the Lakefront Development. <br /> City staff is available to answer any questions. <br /> Attachment <br />
