-MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING- <br /> Decatur Public Transit System <br /> A public hearing was held on Wednesday, February 1, 2012, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., in the <br /> Transit Administration Building, 555 E. Wood St., Decatur. The purpose of the public hearing <br /> was to receive public comment on the proposal to file a mass transit operating and capital <br /> assistance grant application with the Federal Transit Administration(FTA). <br /> The notice of the hearing was published in the Decatur Tribune newspaper on January 25th. <br /> Notices were also posted in the Senator Severns Transit Center, in the Transit Administration <br /> Building, and in all of the Transit System's buses and paratransit vans. <br /> The hearing was opened at 3:00 p.m. by Paul McChancy, Mass Transit Administrator; the <br /> hearing was closed at 5:00 p.m. No one attended the hearing. <br /> The published notice of the hearing also stated that written comments would be accepted by <br /> mail, by delivery, by FAX, and by e-mail until 5:00 p.m. on February 1St. No written comments <br /> were received. <br /> -71f ``` 02/02/2012 <br /> Pau McChan7d4ministrator <br /> Mass Transit <br />
