21. REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF VEHICLE FOR HIRE <br /> DRIVER'S LICENSE. <br /> D. REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF VEHICLE FOR HIRE <br /> LICENSES. The City Manager or his/her designee a may suspend or revoke vehicle <br /> for hire license privileges for violation of any provision of this Chapter or any State <br /> or Federal regulation or law by either an owner or operator of a vehicle for hire. <br /> For every suspension or revocation of a vehicle for hire license, the City Manager <br /> or his/her designee shall issue a written notice, which shall be mailed via first class <br /> mail to the last known address of the owner, stating briefly the basis for the <br /> suspension or revocation, the effective date of the suspension or revocation, the <br /> duration of the suspension or revocation, and affording the licensee an opportunity <br /> to appear and be heard.
