21. REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF VEHICLE FOR HIRE <br /> DRIVER'S LICENSE. <br /> D. For every suspension or revocation of a vehicle for hire driver's license, the <br /> City Manager, or his designee, shall issue a written notice, which shall be mailed via <br /> first class mail to the last known address of both the driver and the owner, stating <br /> briefly the basis for the suspension or revocation, the effective date of the suspension or <br /> revocation, the duration of the suspension or revocation, and a notiee statim-that, upeft <br /> ,-444., request, filed with the City Cle . , <br /> -v ;"i to (1 0) days of the date of the notiee <br /> of suspension or—r-e eea io , feF any siaspension orieyeeation ofyehiele for- h � <br /> driver's lieenses exeeeding dwee (3) days duration, said s . -r-eveeaien <br /> be appealable to the City Manager- affording the driver's licensee an opportunity to <br /> gpear and be heard. An order of suMension or revocation entered pursuant to this <br /> Chapter shall be a final administrative decision for purposes of appeal under the <br /> Administrative Review Act. <br /> 22. REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF VEHICLE FOR HIRE <br /> LICENSES. The City Manager or his/her designee a may suspend or revoke vehicle <br /> for hire license privileges for violation of any provision of this Chapter or any State <br /> or Federal regulation or law by either an owner or operator of a vehicle for hire. <br /> For every suspension or revocation of a vehicle for hire license, the City Manager <br /> or his/her designee shall issue a written notice, which shall be mailed via first class <br /> mail to the last known address of the owner, stating briefly the basis for the <br /> suspension or revocation, the effective date of the suspension or revocation, the <br /> duration of the suspension or revocation, and affording the licensee an opportunity <br /> to appear and be heard. An order of suspension or revocation entered pursuant to <br /> this Chapter shall be a final administrative decision for purposes of appeal under the <br /> Administrative Review Act. <br />
