Chapter 73 <br /> 12. INTERFERENCE WITH CITY EMPLOYEE. It shall be unlawful to interfere <br /> with or hinder any officer or employee of the City while he is engaged in the duties of his office <br /> or employment. <br /> 13. COIN BOXES. It shall be unlawful to insert or attempt to insert into the coin box of <br /> the money receptacle of any telephone, vending machine, weighing machine or any automatic <br /> service or merchandising machine or parking meter, any slug, button, wire, hook, or any <br /> implement or substance other than the coin, slug or substance designed for use in the operation <br /> of said machine by the manufacturers thereof, with the intent to obtain service, merchandise, or <br /> thing of value without paying therefor. <br /> 14. CORNER STONES. It shall be unlawful to willfully or heedlessly change, remove <br /> or destroy any stone, stake, or post set or placed to mark the corner of any lot or parcel of <br /> ground, street, or alley, or to show the grade of any street, alley or sidewalk of the City. <br /> 15, ABANDONED REFRIGERATOR. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or <br /> corporation to leave outside any building or dwelling in a place accessible to children, any <br /> abandoned, unattended or discarded ice box, refrigerator or any other container of any kind <br /> which has an air-tight door or lock. <br /> 16. TAMPERING WITH METERS. It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person <br /> to tamper with, alter or change any gas pipe, or water pipe, gas, water or parking meter, or other <br /> meter, public or private, or the register thereof. <br /> 17. REMOVAL OF SOD. It shall be unlawful for any person to dig, cut or remove any <br /> sod, or earth from any street, or other public place within the City, without a permit from the <br /> Public Works Director, or from any premises not his own, without the consent of the owner. <br />
