• Self Insurance Fund — Fund 65 — Appropriates an additional $525,000 to cover <br /> the higher than expected claims both medical claims ($200,000) and non- <br /> medical claims ($325,000). The funds to cover the increase will come from the <br /> self insurance fund balance. <br /> • MIS Capital Fund — Fund 68 — This ordinance increases the original <br /> appropriation by $150,985 to cover unbudgeted cost of the Administrative Court <br /> software. Money for the increase will come out of MIS Capital fund balance. <br /> • Grant Fund - Fund 85 — This ordinance increases the original appropriation by <br /> $477,500 to cover the increase in spending on the Energy Efficiency <br /> Conservation Grant ($77,500) and the Hazardous Substance & Petroleum Grant <br /> ($400,000)just recently awarded by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. <br /> All additional expenses are covered by the grant funds. <br /> • Police Pension Fund—Fund 91 —Appropriates and additional $230,000 to cover <br /> a transfer of an employee's police pension contributions to IMRF ($182,000) <br /> and increases in police pension payments ($48,000). <br />
