individual, use or program within the overlay. Wayfinding signs may be <br /> placed anywhere on the campus for the purpose of directing vehicular and <br /> pedestrian traffic. Such signs may contain multiple faces, provided that <br /> the total area of each face does not exceed the maximum stated below. A <br /> wayfinding sign may contain a logo or other script identifying the overlay <br /> district, provided that no more than 25 percent of the area of any sign face <br /> shall be utilized for such advertising. <br /> i. Maximum Number: No limit, provided that they are placed in <br /> appropriate locations to direct traffic. Wayfinding signs shall be <br /> limited to one (1) per street intersection. <br /> ii. Maximum Area: Twenty (25) square feet <br /> iii. Maximum Height: Fifteen(15) feet <br /> iv. Minimum Setback: Ten(10) feet <br /> e. Electronic Message Units—Electronic Message Units shall only be <br /> allowed in Area 2 and Area 3 subject to the requirements set forth in <br /> Section XXV.9.a. thru g. and j. for an 0-1 District.
