8. Landscaping <br /> a. For every tree removed within Areas 1, 2, 3, and 4 a tree must be <br /> replanted within that same Area. <br /> b. Front yard points shall be required for any construction of hardscape <br /> within seventy-five (75) feet of public right of way. It shall be calculated <br /> at one-half(5) point for every linear foot of affected frontage. <br /> c. All deciduous trees shall be a minimum of Two (2) inch caliper and all <br /> evergreens shall be a minimum of Six (6) Feet in height at time of <br /> installation. <br /> 9. Exterior Lighting <br /> All lighting shall be subject to the requirements set forth in Section XXVIII.J. <br /> 10. Signage <br /> a. Identifying signs. For the purpose of this section, an"identifying sign":is <br /> a freestanding sign that identifies the park and/or the developed campus as <br /> a whole. <br /> i. Maximum Number: Ten (10) <br /> ii. Maximum Area: 100 square feet <br /> iii. Maximum Height: 30 feet <br /> iv. Minimum Setback: Five (5) feet <br /> v. One (1) of the identifying signs may be a total of 150 square feet and <br /> may only be located in Area 3. <br /> b. Individual building or attractions identification signs. Each individual <br /> building or attraction within the LF-OL may have a freestanding sign or <br /> signs identifying the name, use, purpose and/or tenants of the building, <br /> subject to the following requirements: <br /> i. Maximum Number per Building or Attraction: Two (2) <br /> ii. Maximum Area: Ten (10) square feet <br /> iii. Maximum Height: Seven (7) feet <br /> iv. Minimum Setback: Five (5) feet <br /> c. Wall Signs. Wall Signs shall be subject to the requirements set forth in <br /> Section XXV.E. <br /> d. Wayfinding Signs. For the purpose of this Section, a"wayfinding sign" <br /> shall be a sign with the express purpose of giving directions to locate a <br /> specific building, attraction, or portion thereof or to any location, <br />
