7. Parking <br /> a. No less than fifty-percent (50%) of required parking shall be paved with a <br /> minimum of two (2) inches of Class I asphalt or concrete over a six (6) <br /> inch aggregate base. The remainder of the parking shall be constructed <br /> with an approved pervious pavement system. <br /> b. All parking lots shall be setback a minimum of ten(10) feet from any <br /> property line. <br /> Area 1 <br /> a. Parking is not required to be located within 300 feet of the building and/or <br /> structure. <br /> b. Amphitheatre <br /> i. One (1) space per every four(4) fixed seats and one (1) space for <br /> every 100 square feet of performance lawn area. <br /> c. Pavilion <br /> i. One (1) space for every 100 square feet of floor area. <br /> Area 2 <br /> a. Parking spaces are not required to be located within 300 feet of the <br /> building. <br /> b. One and one-half(1.5) parking spaces per residential unit. <br /> c. One (1) parking space for every 200 square feet of commercial space. <br /> Area 3 <br /> a. Hotel <br /> i. One (1) parking space for each room to be rented, plus one (1) <br /> additional space for each three (3) employees. <br /> b. Miniature Golf <br /> i. One and one-half(1.5) parking spaces per hole. <br /> c. Water Park <br /> i. One (1) parking space per four(4)persons based on design capacity. <br /> Area 4 <br /> a.
