thence Southeasterly on a line which is 700 feet Southwest(perpendicular <br /> distance)to the said Southwest line of U.S. Route 36 to a point 100 feet <br /> east of Elevation 615; thence westerly on a line 100 feet east of Elevation <br /> 615 1400 feet; thence northwesterly to a point which is 50 feet west/north <br /> of Elevation 615; thence southwesterly 800 feet on a line which is 50 feet <br /> west/north of Elevation 615 and parallel to said elevation; thence <br /> northerly 750 feet to a point which is on a line which is the extension of <br /> the north line of East Cantrell Street extended easterly; thence westerly on <br /> the said north line of East Cantrell Street extended easterly to the <br /> intersection of said line with the East right of way line of 22nd Street; <br /> thence northerly along said right of way line of 22nd Street to thepoint of <br /> beginning. <br /> b. Area 2 —That part of the Overlay District Boundary lying south and west <br /> of Area 1 and north of the centerline of the intersection of the main <br /> entrance access to St. Mary's Hospital with Lake Shore Drive. <br /> c. Area 3 —That part of the Overlay District Boundary lying between the <br /> South right of way line of U.S. Route 36 and a line which is 700 feet <br /> south of and parallel to the said South right of way line of U.S. Route 36. <br /> This area is bounded by Nelson Boulevard to the west and Lake Decatur <br /> to the east. <br /> d. Area 4—That part of the Overlay District Boundary lying South of the <br /> centerline of the intersection of the main entrance access to St. Mary's <br /> Hospital with Lake Shore Drive. This area is bounded by Lake Shore <br /> Drive, Lost Bridge Road and Lake Decatur. <br /> e. Hardscape—The manmade part of the grounds including the building, <br /> paved areas, pavilions, patios, retaining walls and the like. <br /> f. Pervious Pavement—A paving material that allows water to penetrate to <br /> the ground below. Pervious pavement is designed to allow percolation or <br /> infiltration of storm water through the surface into the soil below where <br /> the water is naturally filtered and pollutants are removed. <br /> g. Recreational Rental Establishments—A facility that rents recreational <br /> items such as, but not limited to: paddle boats, canoes, skis, boats, golf <br /> carts, bikes, kayaks, segways, and sporting, swimming, recreational and <br /> boating equipment. <br />
