EXHIBIT A <br /> 25. POSSESSION CANNABIS. <br /> A. It shall be unlawful for a person to possess two and a half(2.5) grams or less of any <br /> substance containing cannabis. <br /> B. For purposes of this Section, cannabis includes marijuana, hashish and other <br /> substances which are identified as including any parts of the plant Cannabis Sativa, whether <br /> growing or not; the seeds thereof; the resin extracted from any part of such plant; and any <br /> compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture or hydrocannabinol (THC) and all other <br /> cannabinol derivatives, including its naturally occurring or synthetically produced ingredients, <br /> whether produced directly or indirectly by extraction, or independently by means of chemical <br /> synthesis or by a combination of extraction and chemical synthesis; but shall not include the <br /> mature stalks of such ,lantfiber produced from such stalks, oil or cake made from the seeds of <br /> p <br /> such plant, any other compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture or preparation of such <br /> mature stalks (except the resin extracted therefrom), fiber, oil or cake, or the sterilized seed of <br /> such plant which is incapable of germination. <br /> 26. POSSESSION DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. <br /> A. It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly possess any item of drug <br /> paraphernalia with the intent to use it for the purpose of unlawfully ingesting, inhaling, injecting <br /> or otherwise introducing cannabis or a controlled substance into the human body, or in preparing <br /> cannabis or a controlled substance for that use. <br /> B. As used in this Section, the following terms shall include and have the following <br /> meanings: <br /> (1). Cannabis shall mean and include any substance defined as cannabis in Section <br /> 3 of the Illinois Cannabis Control Act, 720 ILCS 550/3. <br /> (2) Controlled substance shall mean and include any substance defined as a <br /> controlled substance in the Illinois Controlled Substances Act, 720 ILCS 570/201 et. s� <br /> (3) Drug paraphernalia means any object or device used, designed for use or <br /> intended for use in unlawfully ingesting, smoking, administering, or storing cannabis or a <br /> controlled substance. For the purposes of this section, drug paraphernalia includes but is not <br /> limited to: <br /> (a) Metal, wooden, plastic, glass, stone or ceramic pipes, with or without screens; <br /> (b) Water pipes; <br /> (c) Carburetion tubes and devices; <br /> (d) Smoking and carburetion masks; <br /> (e) Roach clips; <br /> (f) Cocaine spoons and vials; <br /> (g) Bongs; <br />
