Office of the City Treasurer. Payment is considered as being made only when the <br /> City Treasurer is in receipt of the full amount. <br /> 4. PENALTY. Any person, firm or corporation or other entity that violates <br /> any provision hereof, or any provision contained in the Code adopted by reference <br /> hereby shall be fined not less than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) nor more <br /> than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense and each day a violation <br /> occurs or continues shall be considered a separate offense. <br /> 46. EMERGENCIES AND DISASTERS <br /> 9. PENALTY. Any person violating any provision of this ordinance or <br /> refusing to obey or respond to any lawful order issued in exercise of any power or <br /> authority ordained hereby shall be fined not less than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars <br /> ($250.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense and each <br /> day a violation occurs or continues shall be considered a separate offense. <br /> 48. NUISANCES <br /> 16. PENALTY. Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the <br /> provisions of this Chapter shall be fined not less than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars <br /> ($250.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and each <br /> day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be considered a separate offense. <br /> 49. REMOVAL OF GARBAGE,JUNK, RUBBISH OR TRASH <br /> 7. PENALTY. Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the <br /> provisions of this Chapter shall be fined not less than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars <br /> ($250.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and each <br /> day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be considered a separate offense. <br />
