38. STORMWATER ORDINANCE 28. PENALTY. It shall be unlawful for any person to commit any act declared unlawful under this Ordinance, to violate any provision of this Ordinance, to violate the provisions of any permit issued pursuant to this Ordinance or to fail or refuse to comply with any lawful communication or notice to abate or take corrective action as required. Any person or entity found to be in violation of the provisions of this Ordinance of the Code shall be fined it not less th fifty dollars ($50) nor- mefe-t'��,n F-ive Hui�a�as ($5 4 not less than One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and each day upon which a violation occurs or is allowed to continue, or a condition is not brought into compliance after notice, shall be viewed and may be prosecuted as a separate and distinct offense. In addition to the penalties set forth above, the City may issue a stop work order for any person in violation of any provision of this Ordinance. 39. SUB-SIDEWALK SPACE 15. PENALTY.
