ORDINANCE NO. 2011-66 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CHAPTER 6—CITY COUNCIL <br /> CHAPTER 7—OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES GENERALLY <br /> CHAPTER 14—FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> CHAPTER 25—ELECTRICAL COMMISSION, ELECTRICAL <br /> CONTRACTORS AND LICENSED ELECTRICIANS <br /> CHAPTER 26—HEATING,AIR CONDITIONING AND <br /> REFRIGERATION COMMISSION AND CONTRACTORS <br /> CHAPTER 31 — LANDMARKS AND HISTORIC DISTRICTS <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Section 7 of Chapter 6, Sections 14 and 15 of Chapter 7, Section 5 of <br /> Chapter 14, Section 12 of Chapter 25, Section 14 of Chapter 26 and Section 20 A of Chapter 31 <br /> of the City Code of the City of Decatur be, and the same are hereby, amended and modified at <br /> said Sections and Chapters, so that said Sections and Chapters as amended shall provide as <br /> follows: <br /> 6. CITY COUNCIL <br /> 7. DISTURBING MEETING. It shall be unlawful to disturb or interrupt <br /> any regular or special meeting of the Council. Any person violating any provision <br /> of this section shall be fined not less than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) <br /> nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and may be <br /> summarily ejected from the Council Room and the premises where it is situated. <br /> 7. OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES GENERALLY <br /> 14. IMPERSONATION. It shall be unlawful for any person to falsely <br /> represent himself or herself to be an officer or employee of the City, or, without <br /> being duly authorized by the City, exercise or attempt to exercise any of the <br /> duties, functions or powers of a City officer or employee, or to wear in public any <br />
