uniform, or any badge, patch, device or other insignia, identical with or substantially similar in appearance to those worn by the officers or employees of any department of the City as their official uniform or insignia. Any person violating this section shall be fined not less than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense. 15. INTERFERENCE. It shall be unlawful to interfere with or hinder any officer or employee of the City while he or she is engaged in the duties of his or her office or employment. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this section shall be fined not less than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense. 14. FIRE DEPARTMENT 5. USE OF EQUIPMENT; PENALTY. No person shall use any motor vehicle, equipment, appurtenance, tool or apparatus of the City assigned to the Fire Department for any private purpose, or tamper with, remove, damage, or deface the same, or interfere with the use of the same by members of the Department or others authorized to do so. Any person who violates any provision of this Section shall be fined not less than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense. 25. ELECTRICAL COMMISSION, ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS AND LICENSED ELECTRICIANS 12. PENALTY. Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this Chapter shall be fined not less than One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense and every day that such violation continues shall be deemed to be a separate offense. 26. HEATING, AIR CONDITIONING AND REFRIGERATION COMMISSION AND CONTRACTORS 14. PENALTY. Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this Chapter shall be fined not less than One Hundred Fifty Dollars
