uniform, or any badge, patch, device or other insignia, identical with or <br /> substantially similar in appearance to those worn by the officers or employees of <br /> any department of the City as their official uniform or insignia. Any person <br /> violating this section shall be fined not less than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars <br /> ($250.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense. <br /> 15. INTERFERENCE. It shall be unlawful to interfere with or hinder any <br /> officer or employee of the City while he or she is engaged in the duties of his or <br /> her office or employment. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the <br /> provisions of this section shall be fined not less than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars <br /> ($250.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense. <br /> 14. FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> 5. USE OF EQUIPMENT; PENALTY. No person shall use any motor <br /> vehicle, equipment, appurtenance, tool or apparatus of the City assigned to the <br /> Fire Department for any private purpose, or tamper with, remove, damage, or <br /> deface the same, or interfere with the use of the same by members of the <br /> Department or others authorized to do so. Any person who violates any provision <br /> of this Section shall be fined not less than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) <br /> nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense. <br /> 25. ELECTRICAL COMMISSION, ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS AND <br /> LICENSED ELECTRICIANS <br /> 12. PENALTY. Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision <br /> of this Chapter shall be fined not less than One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) <br /> nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense and every day <br /> that such violation continues shall be deemed to be a separate offense. <br /> 26. HEATING, AIR CONDITIONING AND REFRIGERATION <br /> COMMISSION AND CONTRACTORS <br /> 14. PENALTY. Any person, firm or corporation who violates any <br /> provision of this Chapter shall be fined not less than One Hundred Fifty Dollars <br />
