a. The two (2) signs located at the west entrances shall be setback no less than five <br /> (5) feet from the property line along South 16th Street. They shall not exceed eleven <br /> (11) feet in height and shall not exceed sixty-four (64) square feet in cabinet/sign area. <br /> b. The sign located at the east entrance shall be setback at least twenty-five (25) <br /> feet from the property line along East Lake Shore Drive. It shall not exceed eleven <br /> (11) feet in height and shall not exceed sixty-four (64) square feet in cabinet/sign area. <br /> c. The sign to be located near the corner of South 16th Street and East Lake Shore <br /> Drive shall be setback no less than forty (40) feet from the property line along South <br /> 16th Street and no less than ten (10) feet from the property line along East Lake Shore <br /> Drive. This sign shall not exceed twenty (20) feet in height. The cabinet (including <br /> the EMU) shall not exceed one hundred ten (I 10) square feet in area. The sign area <br /> shall not exceed one hundred (100) square feet and no more than thirty-two (32) <br /> square feet of the allowed one hundred (100) square feet shall be an electronic <br /> message unit. <br /> d. Sign permits will be required before any signage is installed. <br /> Section 3.
