On June 3, 2010 the petition of Grand Oaks Estates, LLC was tabled by Plan Commission by a 7- <br /> 0 vote so that the petitioner could meet and discuss a few unresolved issues with the neighbors. <br /> 2. On July 1, 2010 the City Plan Commission voted 6-0 to approve the rezoning from R-1 Single <br /> Family Residence District to PD Planned Development District. The petition was approved by <br /> City Council by a 7-0 vote on July 19, 2010. <br /> 3. The subject site is currently in the process of being developed. The property is located at 2225 <br /> South Mt. Zion Road. <br /> 4. The petitioners proposal was to construct a Bank Facility on Lot One (1), a three (3) story 100 <br /> unit Supportive Living Facility on Lot Two (2), a one (1) story Memory Care Facility on Lot <br /> Three (3) and a Storm Water Detention Area on Lot Four (4). <br /> 5. The petitioner also proposed to subdivide the two (2) tracts of land which consist of <br /> approximately 9.44 acres into four (4) lots. To date the Final Minor Plat has been approved by <br /> staff and recorded with the County. <br />
