4 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2011-05 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING <br /> HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE <br /> - 36 North Drive - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs or markings are provided giving notice thereof, parking <br /> be, and it is hereby, prohibited in front of the residence at 36 North Drive at all times and the same is <br /> hereby restricted to only those vehicles bearing special registration plates issued for operation of <br /> vehicles by or for the physically handicapped, or those vehicles displaying a handicapped decal. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this <br /> Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined, not to exceed, Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) for <br /> each offense. <br /> Section 3.
