December 14, 2010. 4:00 P.M. <br /> ITEM #2 Request for an on-street handicapped parking space in front of 36 North <br /> Drive. <br /> Matt Newell received a letter from Ron Middleton concerned about parking congestion on the <br /> street making it hard for him to back out of his driveway. <br /> Citizen Ron Middleton said that he drives a large van and backing out of the driveway is not a <br /> problem if no one parks directly behind him. Mr. Middleton resides with his personal assistant <br /> and shares the driveway. His van is large and it makes it hard to get in and out. The van will not <br /> fit under the car port. <br /> Wick Anderson motioned to approve a handicap parking space in front of 36 North Drive and <br /> seconded by Rick Marley. All were in favor. The Vice Chairman declared the motion carried. <br />
