Sign Advertising One or Two Businesses: 75 square feet or one (1) square foot per each <br /> linear foot of frontage, to a maximum of 100 square feet. <br /> ii. Multi-Tenant Sign Advertising Three or More Businesses: 75 square feet or one (1) <br /> square foot per each linear foot of frontage,to a maximum of 200 square feet." <br /> STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Staff recommends approval of the amendments as proposed. <br /> PLAN COMMISSION ACTION <br /> 1. Section XXIX.G. of the Zoning Ordinance requires the Plan Commission to hold a public <br /> hearing and make recommendations to the City Council on amendments to the Zoning <br /> Ordinance.
