On November 2, 1967, the City Plan Commission approved a rezoning petition from Ernst and <br /> Margaret Florian to rezone properties from R-1 and R-3 to R-3 Residence Development Plan. <br /> The petition was approved by the City Council on November 13, 1967. <br /> 2. In the original RDP, the lots of Home Park Manor 3`d Addition were to be developed for single <br /> family units, meeting R-3 Single Family Residence requirements, with the exception of Lots 41, <br /> 42, 43, 44, and 45 which were to be developed for multiple dwelling uses. <br /> 3. On April 1, 1971, the City Plan Commission approved a petition from Gerhard and Eleanor <br /> Florian to amend the R-3 RDP from 40 single family and 76 multi-family units to 40 single <br /> family units and 98 multi-family units for a combined total of 138 units (Home Park Manor 4th <br /> Addition). The petition was approved by the City Council September 13, 1971. <br /> 4. The subject site is located in the 2300-2400 Block of North Florian Avenue and is currently <br /> vacant. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> 1. The petitioner proposes to amend the R-3 RDP in order to be allowed to construct a duplex on <br /> Lot 22 of Home Park Manor 4th Addition. <br />
