Illinois Professional Land Surveyor No 2458. Situated in Macon County, Illinois, <br /> (the Premises); and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon compliance with the condition set forth below and in the site plan <br /> attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof as Exhibit A, said above described premises be, <br /> and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 Single Family Residence District to PD Planned <br /> Development District. <br /> a. Final site, landscaping and lighting plans shall be submitted to and <br /> approved by the Department of Planning and Building Services, Public Works <br /> Department and the Fire Department prior to building permits being released. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and <br /> defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth <br /> shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4.
