3
Upon examination of Mr. Mosser's response, you can clearly discern that
the utilization of Mr. Mosser's site would eliminate each and every deficiency and
concern surrounding the present proposed site location, as follows:
1. Two (2) traffic controlled access points onto Illinois Route 121 which
would eliminate the threat to the public safety and welfare under the
current proposed site location;
2. No immediately surrounding residential properties to sustain
substantial, unreasonable and unnecessary loss in property values;
3. An existing three (3) story hotel which renders this site completely
compatible with a proposed three (3) story assisted living facility;
4. Two (2) existing water detention ponds which would eliminate any
increased water discharge volume, as well as, eliminating the drainage
issues and problems surrounding the current proposed site location;
5. Sufficient land to comply with all existing zoning ordinance mandates,
as well as, eliminating the problems surrounding an actual overuse of
the current proposed site location; and,
6. No loss of existing natural resources, as well as, sufficient land to
reasonably compliment clustering with the preservation or creation of
enhanced open spaces.
Sincerely,
GUY S. R.
