ORDINANCE NO. 2010-51 <br /> ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING EXEMPTION TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> - NO DIRECT ACCESS TO PUBLIC STREETS- <br /> - REDUCED AND/OR NO FRONTAGE - <br /> - REDUCED LOT AREA- <br /> - 1400 BLOCK WEST WILLIAM STREET- <br /> - 200 BLOCK NORTH PARK PLACE- <br /> - 200 BLOCK NORTH FAIRVIEW AVENUE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 1st day of July, 2010, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the request of the Decatur Park District requesting an <br /> exemption to the Zoning Ordinance to allow the development of premises with reduced lot size, <br /> reduced frontage and/or no frontage or access to a public street said premises legally described <br /> as: <br /> A part of Fairview Park in the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Northeast <br /> Quarter (NE `/4) of Section 16, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the Third <br /> Principal Meridian, said part more particularly described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 3 of Park View Addition as per plat <br /> recorded in Book 300, Page 21 of the records in the Recorder's Office, Macon <br /> County, Illinois said point also being the intersection of the West right of way line <br /> of Park Place and the South line of said Fairview Park; thence N89°59'20"W <br /> (Assumed Bearing) along the south line of said Fairview Park, 492.00 feet to a <br /> point, said point being the Northwest corner of Lot 3 of Interurban Addition to <br /> Decatur as per plat recorded in Book 745, Page 183 of the records in the <br /> Recorder's Office, Macon County, Illinois; thence N00°00'41"E, 22.00 feet; <br /> thence S89°59'20"E, 492.00 feet; thence S00°00'40"W to the point of beginning, <br /> containing 0.25 acres more or less. <br /> AND <br />
