A part of Fairview Park in the Northwest Quarter (NW '/4) of the Northeast <br /> Quarter (NE '/4) of Section 16, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the Third <br /> Principal Meridian, said part more particularly described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 1 of Park View Addition as per plat <br /> recorded in Book 300, Page 21 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois, said point also being the Southeast corner of Fairview Park; <br /> thence N89°59'20"W (Assumed Bearing) along the south line of said Fairview <br /> Park, 311.36 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 2 of said Park View Addition; <br /> thence N00°00'40"E, 22.00 feet; thence S88°08'57"E, 311.52 feet to a point on <br /> the West right of way line of Fairview Avenue; thence S00°00'40" along said <br /> West right of way line of Fairview Avenue 12.00 feet to the point of beginning, <br /> containing 0.12 acres more or less, (the "Premises"); and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that said request be <br /> granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the above described Premises be, and the same are hereby, exempt from <br /> Section IV.
