ORDINANCE NO. 2010-35 <br /> ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER <br /> TO EXECUTE LETTER OF AGREEMENT <br /> -AFSCME LOCAL 268, GENERAL SERVICE EMPLOYEES - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Letter of Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the <br /> City of Decatur and AFSCME Local 268, representing the General Services Employees, <br /> regarding Impact Bargaining and Extending Labor Contract through April 30, 2012 be, and it is <br /> hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
