Letter of Aareement <br /> By and Between <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, and AFSCME Council 31 and Local 268 <br /> The City of Decatur, Illinois (Employer or City) and the American Federation of State, County <br /> and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Council 31 and Local 268 (Union) hereby agree to the <br /> following with regard to item # 5 of the letter of agreement on impact bargaining between the <br /> City and the Union dated May 19, 2010: <br /> Any and all bargaining unit employees who are scheduled for layoff in April 2010 are provided <br /> and additional 30 days from the date of layoff (that is, 60 days in total, or until June 22, 2010) to <br /> test for any position classifications in which they have an interest. <br /> The Union and the City agree that this concludes impact bargaining on the City budget for fiscal <br /> year 2010-2011, and that all other terms and conditions set forth in the May 1, 2006 through <br /> April 30, 2011 collective bargaining agreement between the City and the Union and those of the <br /> letter of agreement on impact bargaining between the City and the Union dated May 19, 2010 <br /> shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> For the Union: For the City: <br /> 5x <br /> Council 31 Representative Date City anager Date <br /> 3/9-/G <br /> esident, Local 268 Date <br />
