A. There shall be paid to the City of Decatur, Illinois, by Tony Romano, the <br /> sum of Forty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($47,500.00) as <br /> compensation for the benefits determined as above set out herein, whereupon <br /> CL such vacation shall become effective and title to said vacated street shall be <br /> vested in Tony Romano as provided by law. <br /> B. Street Lights/Light Circuit: Remove all street lights, poles and fixtures on <br /> State Street. Replace the removed foundations with hand holes or Public Works <br /> approved covering. Re-route the conduit and wire into hand hole. Two options <br /> o are available: 1) Provide a permanent easement for the existing conduit and <br /> controller or 2) Remove and reconstruct the circuit into two (2) separate circuits. <br /> Coordinate with the Public Works Department. <br /> C. The Orlando Apartments will have the exclusive use of five (5) parking <br /> spaces in the vacated State Street right-of-way; said parking spaces will be <br /> specifically marked. <br /> D. That there will be continuous access to the East side of the Orlando <br /> building for ingress/egress of residents, the pick-up and delivery of building <br /> related materials and goods and refuse pick-up. <br /> Section 4. That there is hereby reserved in, over, along and under the above-described <br /> street to the City of Decatur, Illinois, and to the public and to those utilities and companies as the <br /> case may be owning public service facilities, mains, sewers, telephone and electric, City street <br /> lights, circuitry and conduit or other public utilities, such property, rights of way and easements <br /> as are or may be necessary or desirable for continuing public service by means of such facilities <br /> and for the maintenance, renewal and reconstruction thereof with the right of ingress and egress <br /> for such purposes. <br /> Section 5.
