surface water drainage, parking facilities, drives, easements, fire hydrants, area lighting, and
<br /> other improvements and structures all in conformance as near as may be with those provisions of
<br /> similar nature of the Subdivision Ordinance.
<br /> 16. APPROVAL OF SITE PLAN. The approval of the mobile home park site plan and
<br /> the acceptance by the City of the site development bond as required herein shall constitute
<br /> authority to layout, establish, develop, improve, construct, substantially alter, extend or enlarge
<br /> such mobile home park in accordance with the site plan thereof approved; however, no mobile
<br /> home may be placed on any lot within said park, or if developed in phases on any lot within any
<br /> phases thereof, until as-built plans certified by a Registered Professional Engineer have been
<br /> filed with the Planning and Building Services DepartmentEconamie and Urban Developmen
<br /> Dent and a Certificate of Occupancy obtained therefrom.
<br /> CHAPTER 67. SECTION 4. BUILDING INSPECTIONS. Whenever in said Code reference
<br /> is made to the code official such shall be taken to mean and shall be construed to refer to the
<br /> Building Inspection Manager or his designee as fully as if said designation was set out therein in
<br /> lieu of such words and whenever reference is therein made to the department of building
<br /> inspections or similar reference such shall be taken to mean and shall be construed to refer to
<br /> the Building Inspections Division of the Planning and Building Services Department Eeenemie
<br /> as fully as if said designation was set out therein in lieu of
<br /> such words.
<br /> 11. SITE IMPROVEMENT BOND. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Chapter or
<br /> any other ordinance of the City, whenever site improvements are shown, or required to be
<br /> shown, on plans upon which a building permit is, or building permits are, to be issued, the
<br /> applicant for such permit, before the same is issued, may be required to furnish to the City, to be
<br /> filed with the Public Works Department Depai4fnent of Engineer- ng and hi true• r-e, a bond
<br /> with penalty in an amount approved by the Public Works Department DepaAmenr-of
<br /> Engineer-'ng and inf astr- etuf to be sufficient to pay the costs of such improvements in event of
<br /> default, and in form and with security approved by the Corporation Counsel and conditioned
<br /> upon the furnishing, installation and construction of said site improvements in compliance with
<br /> said plans and with applicable ordinances, rules, regulations and standards within a reasonable
<br /> period to be determined by said Public Works Department Depaftment of Engineefing and
<br /> 1n f *,.,,,e*,,,.o not to exceed two years from the date of such bond; provided, that successive
<br /> bonds for additional periods may be authorized by the Public Works Director Dir-eetor- Of
<br /> L= , upon reasonable request; and provided, further, that in the event
<br /> such permit is, or such permits are, issued without such bond being so furnished, and without
<br /> regard to the progress, stage or extent of performance of work or completion thereunder, such
<br /> permit or permits may be revoked and all work thereunder stopped until such bond is so
<br /> furnished, approved and filed; and provided, further, that no such bond shall be required
<br /> hereunder for improvements the furnishing, installation or construction of which are a part of the
<br /> condition of a bond furnished pursuant to the requirements of the provision of an ordinance other
<br /> than this Code, or the permit or permits are for the construction of a single or two family
<br /> dwelling being built separately and not as a part of the development of a group of such
<br /> dwellings.
<br /> CHAPTER 67.1 SECTION 3. DUTIES OF THE CITY STAFF. The Assistant City Manager
<br /> for Development Services Planning and Building Services Department Community Development
<br /> Dee-ter shall be responsible for the general administration of this chapter and ensure that all
<br /> development activities within the flood plains under the jurisdiction of the city meet the
