Continuation page to Petition for Rezoning by Niemann Holdings, LLC, Petitioner
SectionThree:
Niemann Holdings, LLC, Petitioner, has proposed that the city grant it sales tax
and real estate tax rebates by establishing a TIF and through other economic
statutes.
Purpose of Proposed Rezoning:
1. Revision of existing setback lines per attachment.
2. Revision of existing parking ratio per attachment.
3. Revision of signage requirements per attachment.
4. New water retention to be provided only for areas currently undeveloped
which shall be developed.
5. Landscaping per attachment.
Section Four:
The rezoning of this real estate so that it is changed to commercial planned
shopping area which will allow the redevelopment of a center in need of a
remodel and/or new construction in order that it becomes a modern, functional,
aesthetically-pleasing shopping center. The redeveloped center will generate an
increase in sales taxes. Niemann Holdings, LLC's purchase and redevelopment
of this center will not occur unless this real estate is rezoned as set out herein.
