Section 2. That those portions of public right-of-way at, in, or on which beer and wine <br /> coolers may be consumed, on the days and during the hours listed in Section 1 hereof, are <br /> described as follows: <br /> Parking Lot East of the Lake Decatur Boat House <br /> Public Right-of-Way along the Boardwalk East of the Boat House to Dockside <br /> Section 3. That between the hours of 6:00 A.M. Saturday, July 4, 2009, and 6:00 A.M. <br /> Monday, July 6, 2009, no person, firm or corporation having a local liquor license issued <br /> pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 52 of the City Code and 235 ILCS 5/1-1 et. seq., for <br /> premises having frontage on those streets, or portions thereof, listed in Section 2 hereof, shall sell <br /> alcoholic liquor at retail for consumption on or off said premises at any location on said premises <br /> except from within a permanent structure located thereon and in existence on the date hereof. <br /> Section 4. That no beer or wine cooler may be consumed as provided herein unless such <br /> beer or wine cooler is in a plastic or paper cup. <br /> Section 5. That except as otherwise provided herein, the provisions of Section 34(A) of <br /> Chapter 52 of the City Code remain in full force and effect. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this 1 st day of June, 2009. <br /> 4el Elroy, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Celeste F.
