Section 12. That Section 5 of Chapter 41 of the City Code of the City of Decatur be, and <br /> the same is hereby, amended and modified by deleting the term "Superintendent of Building <br /> Inspections" and inserting the term "Building Inspection Manager"therefor. <br /> Section 13. That Sections 2, 4 A, 5, 10 C, 13 B, 15 H, 16 A, 16 B, 16 D, 17 C., 18 D, 19, <br /> 20 B., 21 B, 21 C, and 21 D of Chapter 41.1 of the City Code of the City of Decatur be, and the <br /> same are hereby, amended and modified by deleting the terms "Department of Engineering and <br /> Infrastructure" and "Director of Engineering and Infrastructure" wherever such terms appear and <br /> inserting the terms "Public Works Department" and "Public Works Director" respectively, <br /> therefor. <br /> Section 14. That Section 36 of Chapter 56 of the City Code of the City of Decatur be, <br /> and the same is hereby, amended and modified so that said Section 36 of Chapter 56 shall <br /> provide as follows: <br /> Section 36. COLLECTION OF REFUSE. Licensees hereunder shall <br /> make collections with a minimum of noise and disturbance to the customer. <br /> Refuse containers shall be handled carefully and shall be thoroughly emptied and <br /> then left where they were placed for collection. Any refuse spilled by the licensee <br /> shall be picked up immediately and the area left clean. In those areas of the City in <br /> residential zoning districts as established and provided by the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> or upon streets and alleys lying within said districts or next and adjacent thereto no <br /> refuse shall be collected by any licensee hereunder between the hours of 6:00 P.M. <br /> and 6:00 A.M. of the following day, and in all other areas of the City no refuse <br /> shall be collected between the hours of 6:00 P.M. and 5:00 A.M. of the following <br /> day. In the case of special events, the City Manager may allow special hours of <br /> refuse pickup for no more than seven (7) consecutive days. <br /> Section 15. That Section 7 of Chapter 57 of the City Code of the City of Decatur be, and <br /> the same is hereby, amended and modified by deleting the term "Director of Engineering and <br /> Infrastructure" and inserting the term "Public Works Director" therefor. <br /> Section 16. That Section 8 of Chapter 62 of the City Code of the City of Decatur be, and <br /> the same is hereby, amended and modified so that said Section 8 of Chapter 62 shall provide as <br /> follows: <br /> 8. BOND. The amount of the surety bond required by the Act shall be an <br /> amount equal to double the total value of the prize or prizes to be awarded. <br /> Section 17. That Sections 8 (c) and 9 of Chapter 63 of the City Code of the City of <br /> Decatur be, and the same are hereby, amended and modified by deleting the term <br /> "Superintendent of Building Inspections" and inserting the term "Building Inspections Manager" <br /> therefor. <br /> Section 18. That Sections 13 and 15 of Chapter 63 of the City Code of the City of <br /> Decatur be, and the same are hereby, amended and modified by deleting the term "Directors of <br /> Engineering and Infrastructure" and inserting the term "Public Works Director"therefor. <br />
