reasonable rules, regulations and directives not in conflict with law or ordinance to govern, administer and supervise the activities of the City Clerk, subject to the direction and control of the City Manager. 6. DIVISIONS. The Management Services Department shall consist of g p the office of Human Resources, City Clerk, and such other divisions as may be established by the City Manager. Other than the City Clerk, all division managers or directors shall be appointed, and may be removed at will. The Human Resources Director shall be the Equal Opportunity Officer for the City, subject to the direction of the Assistant City Manager of Administration. Section 6. That Chapter 16 of the City Code of the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby, amended and modified by renaming the Chapter "Public Works Department". Said Chapter 16 is hereby further amended and by deleting the terms "Department of Engineering and Infrastructure" and "Director of Engineering and Infrastructure" wherever such terms appear and inserting the terms "Public Works Department" and "Public Works Director" respectively therefor. Section 7. That Sections 2, 3, 8, 13, 14, 17, 39 and 69 B (ii) of Chapter 34 of the City Code of the City of Decatur be, and the same are hereby, amended and modified so that wherever the term "Department of Engineering and Infrastructure" appears in said Sections it shall be deleted and replaced with the term "Public Works Department". Said Sections are further amended and modified so that wherever the term "Director of Engineering and Infrastructure" appears it shall be deleted and replaced with the term "Public Works Director". Section 8. That Section 1 of Chapter 36 of the City Code of the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby, amended and modified by deleting the term "Department of Engineering and Infrastructure"therefrom and inserting the term "Public Works Department" therefor. Section 9. That Section 27 of Chapter 38 of the City Code of the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby, amended and modified by deleting the term "Director of Engineering and Infrastructure" wherever such term appears and inserting the term "Public Works Director" therefor. Section 10. That Sections 1, 2, 8 and 13 of Chapter 39 of the City Code of the City of Decatur be, and the same are hereby, amended and modified by deleting the terms "Director of Engineering and Infrastructure" and "Director of the Department of Engineering and Infrastructure" wherever such terms appear and inserting the term "Public Works Director" therefor. Section 11. That Sections 4, 12 B and 13 of Chapter 41 of the City Code of the City of Decatur be, and the same are hereby, amended and modified by deleting the terms "Department of Engineering and Infrastructure" and "Director of Engineering and Infrastructure" wherever such terms appear and inserting the terms "Public Works Department" or "Public Works Director" respectively therefor.
