That the Amendment to the Supplemental Agreement with the State of <br /> Illinois Department of Transportation presented to the Council herewith for funding of <br /> the preliminary engineering design of the Brush College Road Subway Study, City <br /> Project 2009-33, Section 09-00933-00-BR be, and the same is hereby, received, placed <br /> on file, and approved. <br /> Section 2.
