RESOLUTION NO. R2011-181 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AMENDMENT <br /> CHANGE ORDER NO. 22 <br /> GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE, LLC <br /> LAKE DECATUR DAM REPAIRS <br /> CITY PROJECT 2009-02 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Contract Amendment, Change Order No. 22, between Global <br /> Infrastructure, LLC and the City of Decatur be, and the same are hereby, modified and amended <br /> to authorize Change Order No. 22 in the amount of$50,000; and a not-to-exceed project cost of <br /> $3,442,023.34. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Change Order No. 22, on behalf of the City of Decatur. <br /> Section 3. That the changes in the above-described Contract are germane to said <br /> Contract, as signed, and such Change Orders are in the best interest of the City of Decatur and <br /> are authorized by law. <br /> Section 4.
