Richard Marley will be in attendance at the City <br /> Council meeting to answer any questions of the Council on this item. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: <br /> Budget Impact: <br /> Payment to Norfolk Southern for the review of the City's preliminary engineering is for a fee not <br /> to exceed $26,845.
