Richard Marley will be in attendance at the City <br /> Council meeting to answer any questions of the Council on this item. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: <br /> Budget Impact: <br /> Funding for these services is for a fee not to exceed $587,714.35,bringing the total of the study to <br /> $1,398,714.35.
