TASK ORDER NO. 19 <br /> FOR <br /> CONTINUING AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> DATED JUNE 16, 2003 <br /> WHEREAS, a Continuing Agreement for Engineering Services dated June 16, 2003 <br /> (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), now exists and is in full force and effect <br /> between the City of Decatur, Illinois (hereinafter referred to as the Owner) and Black & <br /> Veatch Corporation(hereinafter referred to as the Engineer); and, <br /> WHEREAS, the scope of services subject to the Agreement is being expanded to include <br /> design and construction phase services for concrete repairs in and around the existing <br /> sedimentation basins at the South Water Treatment Plant as described in Attachment A, <br /> Scope of Services for this Task Order No. 19; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises contained in the Agreement, <br /> Owner and Engineer agree to amend the Agreement as stipulated in this Task Order No. <br /> 19 and Attachments A, B, and C. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Task Order No.19 and its <br /> effective date shall be September 6, 2011. <br /> ;ichae <br /> OF DECATUR BLACK & VEATCH <br /> / ENGI R <br /> By: By:r''. <br /> l T.
