ATTACHMENT B <br /> FOR <br /> TASK ORDER NO. 19 <br /> FOR <br /> CONTINUING AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> Owner: City of Decatur, Illinois <br /> Engineer: Black & Veatch Corporation <br /> Project: South Water Treatment Plant Basin Repairs —Phase 1 <br /> Date: September 6, 2011 <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> For the basic services described in Attachment A of this Task Order, the Owner agrees to <br /> pay the Engineer a lump sum fee of Twenty-nine thousand and three hundred dollars <br /> ($29,300.00). <br /> For Supplemental Services, if necessary, Owner agrees to pay Engineer's salary costs <br /> times 2.95 plus expenses not to exceed $5,000.00. Supplemental services estimated to be <br /> in excess of$5,000.00 shall be subject to future negotiations between Owner and <br /> Engineer and amendment to this task order. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> It is understood and agreed that: <br /> 1. Engineer shall submit the basis of design memorandum for Owner's review within <br /> two weeks following Owner's issuance of notice to proceed. <br /> 2. Engineer shall submit a 90 percent complete set of drawings and technical <br /> specifications for Owner's review within four weeks following Owner's <br /> acceptance of the basis of design memorandum. <br /> 3.
