reach an agreement on a new animal control agreement, but additional time is needed to <br /> complete the negotiations, and thus the parties desire to extend the presently existing <br /> animal control agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED by and between the County and the City as <br /> follows: <br /> 1.
