Lee, LLC, dba Drain Surgeons, LLC $225,739.13 92.16% <br /> Engineer's Estimate $117,476.00 ------- <br /> Walden Associated Technologies, Inc. provided the low bid for the proposed work. Walden <br /> Associated Technologies performs various municipal cleaning and rehabilitation services throughout <br /> the Midwest and has been in business since the mid 90's. The company has worked on several <br /> projects for the Decatur Sanitary District and has an extensive track record with the Metropolitan St. <br /> Louis Sewer District. Staff recommends that the City Council approve a contract with Walden <br /> Associated Technologies, Inc. to perform the Annual Sanitary Sewer Cleaning project. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: There are no known objections to this resolution and bid award. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: None <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Richard Marley, Public Works Director and Matt Newell, City Engineer. <br /> Richard Marley will be in attendance at the City Council meeting to answer any questions of the <br /> Council on this item. <br /> BUDGEUTIME IMPLICATIONS: <br /> Budget Impact: Funding for this project is budgeted in the Sewer Fund.
