RESOLUTION NO. R2011-97 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING EXPENDITURE <br /> CLARK POWER SERVICES, INC. <br /> 1994 PIERCE LANCE TOWER UNIT ENGINE OVERHAUL <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the estimate in the amount of $15,340.62 from Clark Power Services, <br /> Inc. for the engine overhaul of the 1994 Pierce Lance Tower unit be, and the same is hereby, <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Public Works Director be authorized to make payment to Clark <br /> Power Services for the full amount of the estimated costs plus those additional costs that may be <br /> unknown prior to performance of the work for labor and materials necessary to complete the <br /> work, not to exceed fifteen percent of the estimated cost, said expenditure is in the best interest <br /> of the City of Decatur and is authorized by law. <br /> Section 3.
