RESOLUTION NO. R2011-95 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> -DECATUR PARK DISTRICT- <br /> - LAKEFRONT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Intergovernmental Agreement presented to the Council herewith <br /> between the City of Decatur and the Decatur Park District regarding the development of the <br /> Decatur Lake Front with cultural, educational, and recreational facilities and activities be, and <br /> the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal and attest said Intergovernmental Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 2011. n <br /> A L T.
