R2011-92 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A LOCAL AGENCY AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL <br /> PARTICIPATION WITH THE STATE OF ILLINOIS FOR THE <br /> SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS <br /> CITY PROJECT 2010-07 <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution authorizes the City of Decatur to enter into a Joint Agreement <br /> with the State of Illinois for the Safe Routes to School Sidewalk Improvements Program, City <br /> Project 2010-07, Section 10-00007-00-SW. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DEATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Joint Agreement presented to the City Council herewith between the <br /> City of Decatur and the State of Illinois for the utilization of Federal funds for Safe Routes to <br /> School Sidewalk Improvements be, and it is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign said Joint Agreement with the State of Illinois on behalf of the City of Decatur. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 201h day of June, 2011. <br /> MI HA-EL' <br /> T.
