RESOLUTION NO. R2011-44 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> TASK ORDER NO. 18 FOR <br /> CONTINUING AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Task Order No. 18 for Continuing Agreement for Engineering Services <br /> for the South Water Treatment Plant Basin Inspections and Report with Black & Veatch <br /> Corporation, be accepted and a contract be awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Black & Veatch <br /> Corporation for Task Order No. 18 at a lump sum fee of$23,220. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 18th day of April 2011. <br /> t ( ICHA L T.
