M <br /> TASK ORDER NO. 18 <br /> FOR <br /> CONTINUING AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> DATED JUNE 16,2003 <br /> WHEREAS, a Continuing Agreement for Engineering Services dated June 16, 2003 <br /> (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), now exists and is in full force and effect <br /> between the City of Decatur, Illinois (hereinafter referred to as the Owner)and Black& <br /> Veatch Corporation(hereinafter referred to as the Engineer); and, <br /> WHEREAS,the scope of services subject to the Agreement is being expanded to include <br /> services for inspecting and reporting the condition of existing sedimentation basins at the <br /> South Water Treatment plant as described in Attachment A, Scope of Services for this <br /> Task Order No. 18; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises contained in the Agreement, <br /> Owner and Engineer agree to amend the Agreement as stipulated in this Task Order No. <br /> 18 and Attachments A, B, and C. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties have executed this Task Order No.18 and its <br /> effective date shall be April 20,2011. <br /> CITY OF DECATUR BLACK&VEATCH <br /> 4ichael <br /> / ENG R <br /> By: By: <br /> roy Thomas J.
