The total fee for phases 1 thru 3 is estimated based on a preliminary construction budget of <br /> approximately$2,100,000. <br /> 3_ We have included an average of one site visit per week during construction and progress <br /> meetings to be held on a site visit day. The construction period is assumed to be 20 weeks in <br /> length. <br /> We understand that this proposal will be incorporated into a standard City of Decatur Professional <br /> Services Agreement, with minor modifications as submitted separately based on our review of a <br /> preliminary document provided to us for that purpose.
