Prepare the following construction plan sheets in conformance with applicable <br /> portions of Chapter 11 of the IDOT Bureau of Local Roads (BLR) Manual. <br /> Provide no more than 10 11" x 17"paper copies to MMA. <br /> a. Roadway Typical Sections <br /> i. Show the typical cross section elements currently existing within <br /> the Right-of-Way. <br /> b. Civil general notes <br /> c. Removal Items F'=20' (when plotted 22" x 34") <br /> d. Roadway plans 1" =20' (when plotted 22"x 34") <br /> i. Sidewalk replacement locations with grades meeting ADA <br /> requirements. <br /> ii. Curb replacement locations <br /> iii. Drainage structure replacement/installation locations and <br /> elevations. <br /> iv. Storm sewer replacement/installation locations and elevations. <br /> v. Existing utility locations <br /> vi. Proposed irrigation, electrical and communication lines and sleeves <br /> vii. Vault locations <br /> e. Pavement marking plans <br /> f. Construction Staging Plans <br /> g. Vault filling details,and Bill of Materials broken down into building owner <br /> /City payment obligations. <br /> h. ADA Special Ramp Details <br /> i. Miscellaneous Design Details <br /> j. Applicable City Standards <br /> k.
