construction, use, operation and maintenance of the water and sewer mains and <br /> appurtenances of the Project at the Site. <br /> 6. The Developer agrees to observe and comply with all rules, regulations, <br /> ordinances, statutes and zoning laws not in force or which may be enacted during <br /> the term of this Agreement, including but not limited to the Prevailing Wage Act <br /> and other wage and employment laws, TEPA requirements, and further agrees to <br /> hold harmless, indemnify and defend the City for any damage or claim caused by <br /> violation thereof. <br /> 7. Developer's contractor(s) and subcontractor(s) shall provide proof of liability, <br /> workers' compensation and other insurance coverage naming the developer and <br /> City as additional insureds. <br /> 8. Upon completion of construction of the water and sewer extension(s) and its verbal <br /> acceptance by the City's agent(s), Developer shall dedicate the water and sewer <br /> improvements to the City. Thereafter, the water and sewer infrastructure shall <br /> become a part of the municipal system of the City of Decatur. Maintenance.
